3813 Cortijo House in Berja

This property is in the town of Berja, which is a fairly large town, with a couple of large supermarkets and many other shops, bars and schools,  taking around 20 minutes to the nearest coastal town. 

It has access directly from the road with a parking space for two cars to the side. To the front of the house, there is a large covered terrace with arches and wrought iron open windows. At the side of the cortijo are double iron gates leading to a patio area with a purpose built brick pizza oven also with metal stairs leading to the roof terrace, and a first floor storage/work room, this  patio area also leads to 2,400 m²  land behind the property.

On entering the cortijo from the rear, on the left is a shower room, toilet etc. with space for a washing machine. To the right is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is half tiled in a traditional way.

There are two rooms off the living area, one of which is currently being used as a study, but could be used as a smaller bedroom, the next room is a double bedroom. 

Through the kitchen area, is access to a large double bedroom that has wardrobes. Through this bedroom is another room, currently being used as storage, it could also be used as a bedroom but having no private access.

There is a large garage attached to the side of the house with access from the front of the building.

The property has mains electricity, water and drainage.
