As previously mentioned the whole complex is built to a very high standard with mains electricity, its own chlorination system for drinking water, laundry room etc. indeed everything needed for the business to be to be run on site.

 

The surrounding land, perfect for growing vegetables has established olive trees. There is a large hard standing/carpark to the side of the main building allowing visitors easy access to the facilities.

 

The current owner, a highly trained chef, has indicated that he would be willing to discuss working alongside new owners, for a period to train them in running the business.
