4301 Large Finca & Andalucian Farmhouse

Granada, Granada Inland
€ 650.000

Description

Large finca with 660,718 m2 of land and 335 m2 built, with an Andalucian farmhouse style hacienda with large patio and an independent space used for meetings. The farmhouse is divided into a main house and two independent apartments. The apartments need complete renovation. The main house also needs a lot of work as it has been in disuse for many years.

Half of the land is planted with Hold and Mediterranean Oak and the other half of the land is for sowing cereals and pastures, ideal for cattle raising, horse pastures, etc.

The property has its own well, although there is no water deposit and the well hasn't been used for some time. The area has a lot of water and perhaps the best idea would be to make another well, for which the licence wouldn't be a problem. Electricity is not currently connected but it is available.

This farm is 2 minutes from the highway, about 5 minutes from the nearest town, Salinas, and about 30 minutes from Malaga. The city of Granada and the Alhambra are about 45 minutes, Sierra Nevada an hour and a quarter and Iznajar half an hour, so the location is perfect to establish a tourism business or rural accommodation.

The details listed above are believed to be correct but are offered merely as a guide and do not form part of any future contract. If you are unfamiliar with buying property in Spain you may wish to read our guide to the buying procedure.
As in all countries there are further costs incurred when purchasing a property which are not included in the price stated above. These are the purchase tax, buyer's share of agency commission, notary and registry. Together these constitute approximately 11% in Andalucia, 13% in Extremadura and 14% in the Comunidad de Valencia. Please remember to take account of this when budgeting.
